Dear John,
In 1982 I had back surgery and for years have suffered with periods of low back pain.
I have been down the road with physical therapy, chiropractic treatments, back exercises and no real relief.
Over the years my back problems have spread to my hips, legs and feet. I have restless leg syndrome and heel spurs. Working at a desk and computer for over twenty years I have had many shoulder problems. About 3 months ago my massage treatment changed to myofascial release treatment and I am just thrilled with the results. I no longer have pain with the heel spurs I even stopped wearing my inserts and can wear all kinds of shoes. My back, hips and legs have improved to the point that I can do a lot more than I used to and best of all I am pain free. My family tells me that I walk much better and no longer have a limp. I still go for treatments occasionally because like all of us, when we feel good we tend to over do. I am truly grateful for this caring treatment it has changed my life, its great to have pain free days and to stop taking all the over the counter pain medications just to get thru the days. I can’t say enough about your wonderful practice, good luck to you and all the clients you see.
My hope for you is that you reach as many people with this treatment as you possibly can. Everyone deserves a good quality of life.

I am 34 years old and have always had a deep curve in my lower back which I was told was normal. I never really noticed any pain until I had a car accident in 2004. I was hit on the driver’s door while going through a green light, the impact then send me heard first into a traffic light pole which then finished off the rest of my car. I was lucky to come out of it alive.
Since then I have had terrible lower back pain which I sought treatment form several different types of Doctors with little to no results. I was in physical therapy for four (4) months after the accident and treated for my lower back, shoulder and neck. I went back to work after PT where I worked at a computer. I was still in so much pain that I had to stand at my work stations because I could not sit for more than a few minutes without pain. I was given pain killers when I would go to the doctors but no other treatments were offered. In so many words I was told to live with it, and even told it might be all in my head. Things at times were so bad I could not even put my child on my lap and hold her because of the pain it would cause. So it was not just physical pain but emotional for both myself and my family.
By chance, in October 2007 I came across John Williams with my work, and got an explanation of what myofascial release message is and how it differs from relaxation massage. So a few months later I tried it. Being a person who only ever had a massage once before I was not sure what to expect, and in PT they put you on a machine for a massage so it’s really not the same. John was so great, he explained everything as he went through different parts of my back and did so at every session I had over the course of about a month. After my very first session I noticed a difference. The numb spot in my back from the accident started to have a tingling sensation in it, in which I now don’t have that numbness there anymore. I also was having numbness in my hands and feet all the time, which now happens occasionally. I won’t say I am completely pain free but my pain I do have in not everyday as before and is much less in intensity than before, and is usually triggered by my activities such as sports. John also worked on my neck and shoulder that I seem to strain much easier since the accident. So far I have had no new strain in over a month which is great for me.
All in all over the last few years I thought I would never be able to find something to help with my back other than the drugs which I hated taking, but had to take. So whether it was just pure luck or the grace of God that I happened to find John, I am so very thankful that I did. It’s like being my old self again to wake up without pain everyday, and to know that it I do have pain I have someone to turn to that can help
Sincerely,
Christine M.
John,
I've been a patient now for about 3 years, and every time I get treatment the serious results you promised. My back pain went away on the first visit, and my leg pain vanished as well, never to return. Thanks for doing what you do so well and for being such a good person to boot.
Thanks,
Dave B.
